EXHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At M.BAYA customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Eligibility:

• Articles purchased online are eligible for exchange or return within 15 days of delivery or purchase.
• Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
  •Items must be present in their original packaging.
  •A valid proof of purchase either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
  •Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  •You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

EXCHANGES

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

• An exchange request can be initiated via (email) or by calling (WhatsApp number) within 30 days of order delivery.
• Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
• Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
• Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
• The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.
• If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online.
• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

RETURNS

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

• Returns are only accepted if the item delivered was incorrect (wrong size/wrong product) or if the item was defective/damaged at the time of delivery.
• Customers may initiate a return request via [email] or by calling [whatsapp] within 15 days of order delivery.
• Proof of purchase the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
• Reason for return and proof of defect/damage must be provided.
  The product must unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact.
• Once the product is received and verified, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online only.
• The return process takes approximately 7–10 working days.

REFUND POLICY

In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, M.Baya may issue a refund in the form of a credit voucher exclusively redeemable online.

Cash refunds are not offered.
